Shipping:

Our current processing time for our stock items is 1-2 Business Days from date of purchase. Processing time means the time it takes for us to arrange your order and dispatch it out to you. It does not include postage time - this is an additional time frame once your order has been dispatched with Australia Post.

 

Postage:

For postage in Australia there is a standard FLAT RATE shipping cost of $8.95 for orders under $70.00

We use standard Australia Post Satchels. Please be sure to check your junk/spam mail as when we post out your parcel we will send you a tracking number and this way you can track your parcel.

All orders over $70.00 receive FREE SHIPPING !  (Australia wide only)

Once your items have left our premises, we will not be held responsible for late, lost or damaged products. 

Please ensure that you have provided the correct address details such as House or Unit Number, Suburb and postcode. Our Customer Service Team will contact you if your parcel has been returned to us due to incorrect address details or a parcel not being collected. You will be required to pay a postage fee of $8.95 for your parcel to be resent to the correct address or resent as we are not responsible for any incorrect details that you have provided or parcels not being collected. 

As per Australia Post Guidelines, you need to wait up to the full 10 business days for your parcel to arrive. Please note - Scanning a trackable parcel is conducted at AP locations and lack of tracking registration may be due to their system errors.  

If you have been issued a tracking number, but no information is showing after 48 hours of receiving your confirmation email, please contact Australia Post directly and follow their instructions on how to lodge an enquiry.

Please note: that our staff do their very best to get your parcel out to you in a timely manner. If there has been an issue with Australia Post and the delivery of your parcel, our staff are here to help lodge an enquiry for you. Please understand that it is completely out of our control if there is an issue with Australia Post and the delivery of your parcel.
